The quotation process, payment and all of our interactions were professional. Phillip's attention to detail and guidance set his business apart. In addition to exterior paint, we also had them pressure wash our house and concrete, replace siding and woodwork, install gable vents, secure a handrail and fix one of our doors. There was also an issue with the paint color, which we changed between the first and final coats. Phillip said that it was important that the end product was exactly what we wanted; and it is. The house looks great. Phillip was onsite, working or checking on his crew everyday. They worked every weekday for three weeks to get the job done and always left the site clean. A number of our neighbors have contacted him to do their work. Northshore Painting has our highest recommendation."

"Handymansfield, aka Bill Mansfield was very knowledgeable and professional. His knowledge of materials was very important for this project and his advice was spot on. My only observations, which as a woman unfortunately happens a lot, is that often my instructions are not followed or understood. I found metal scraps after the jobs was completed when I asked about clean up at the beginning of the project - which includes shards of metals that could become flying objects when mowing the yard. At over $2k in labor, I'd expect such clean up. We also could had communicated better as to moving topsoil bags away from the fence - which I could not do as I recently had spinal surgery and am under a no lifting doctor's order. I greatly appreciated his assistance in returning unused materials to the retailer - so despite any problems in communications, I highly recommend this contractor for any fencing project."

"SES always impresses us with their quality and attention to care but never before have we been as blown away by their professionalism as with our most recent project. Project involved removal of a metal spiral staircase, removal of cat urine saturated flooring, resealing and leveling of the floor, tiling, construction of a new wooden staircase, painting and staining of wooden staircase and (a request made after seeing how transformative this project was proving to be) cleaning, patching and painting of the walls and trim. Due to some hiccups, the project extended past the provided timeline and SES agreed (and again, this is after we threw a potential wrench in their plans making an additional request after the project commenced) to begin covering the cost of the continued boarding of the cats. In short, I cannot shout loudly enough our appreciation for SES!"
