He was happy to make some revisions, and we hired him. His team took care of obtaining permits, removing the old deck, preparing the ground (including a weed barrier), and building the new deck. "I contacted Town Fence Co. to get a quote to repair my wood fence. Adam came out when promised, and was very thorough inspecting the entire fence. I was unable to be home until late afternoon of the day that the Repairs were scheduled, and Adam told me that I wouldn't need to be there. I came home late that afternoon and was very surprised to find that no repairs had been made and a crew was nowhere to be found. I texted Adam to find out what happened and was told the crew was on their way. I was skeptical that the work would be done that day, and concerned that the job would be rushed and the quality would suffer. Given that I was reaching out to this form specifically for a re-decking job, it’s impossible to move ahead without an estimate. Not sure why anyone would pay to get an estimate for such type of work. Makes me question what else they nickel and dime for!"

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."
