"Responded quickly and came out the next day. My only concern is that I was told I had 17 cracked tiles that needed sealing, which they did. However, I was told I would get before and after pictures of those cracked tiles, but I did not receive them. Having that done doubled the cost to do the roof and I would have appreciated seeing the work that was done since I am not able to get up on my roof."
