There were multiple layers of paint of the deck which required a lot of work to remove. Mike communicated frequently on the progress of the work, including when an additional piece of equipment and extra labor hours would be required to finish the job properly. "This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. I am and they did the work in a week and a half at about one third of the cost of building a new deck. I highly recommend them."
