"So, I had hired a contractor that began building the fence but it became obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. It was bad enough that codes had received a complaint and needed the issues resolved within the next 4 days (this was on a Thursday, deadline was the upcoming Tuesday). The project was a two day job (cleaning and staining our deck, cleaning our roof, and house exterior, and pressure washing our driveway). A few days between Day #1 and Day #2 weren't looking feasible to work because of projected rain, and if memory serves (this was about six months ago), he texted me to let me know he would need to push finishing the job (Day #2) back a few days due to the weather. It all sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't! Our new deck looks amazing. His crew came in and built our new deck in about 3 weeks, and it is beautiful! They worked so fast, cleaned up everyday.
