We were very impressed with Al and his company.  When we originally decided to put the dry decking on our decks, we were focused on protecting the underneath furniture, and getting more use out of our decks during the spring and fall seasons.

While the dry decking has provided the functions we were after, it also surprised us how much different it makes our decks look.  It is night and day how these finishing touches bring out the value and look of the decks.   We viewed it no different than when finishing an interior room, we would not finish a room without finishing the ceiling as well.  With the dry decking material, it essentially is finishing the outdoor room if you will, and as you can tell we are very impressed.

Al the owner was very professional.  His quote did not change once the job was done, he was present every day to ensure the job got done, and when finished he would leave the workspace very clean and professional looking.  Al was easy to talk with, and really helped us understand the product offerings we could pick from, and provided recommendations not upsells.

"JD and his crew are professional and efficient.  He replaces the involved woodrot part rather than patches the area.
The craftsmanship is excellent. He had custom sashes made for window involvement and even replaced alarm magnets
recessed in some of the sashes.
JD also returned for further repair as promised after our painter uncovered additional woodrot powerwashing the
house in prepping it.  The one thing I would advise for those having their house painted is to schedule the woodrot 
repair after the house is prepped/powerwashed and all involved areas are exposed so that you can have all woodrot repaired at once. 
This should save you scheduling headaches as JD is very busy.

"What those 4 guys did in 4 days I could not do in 4 months. They really know know what they are doing.Ron was real good about recommending the colors. From the driveway or street the house looks great. All the rotted wood was repaired and is now damage free. I am getting too old to be climbing on ladders. My house is at the top of Linden Hill and it is a steep hill where ground level to the south goes down to a walk in basement to the north. The deck and stairs in the back  make the job very difficult. The crew was well prepared and equipped to deal with this.
Unless you really like painting your house, have the right equipment, can repair all the eaves, and know what you are doing it is worth paying to have the job done right. I could never have done this kind of job."
