"Lots of rain delays which caused havoc with his schedule. One employee was dismissed because his workmanship was sub par which put a kink in his schedule too. Tim was diligent in doing the job right the first time. Tim was the only contractor who had instruments that gauged the color of the exterior paint and moisture content of the deck. The paint matched exactly. Judging from my research on the web, his suggested paint has superior ratings. Overall I am well pleased with the quality of his workmanship and dogged determination in seeing the job was done right. He is also a good man and very pleasant in his demeanor. I will definitely use him again for future projects."

"Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer)."
