"Adrian did a great job. I would recommend him hands down. He replaced my fence in a Timely manner. Reasonable price also cut down some trees for me and I’m going to have him come back and do some painting for me because he did such a great job. He’s also a very nice person."

"This company has always done an excellent job on pressure washing the outside of our home. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will have him back to pressure wash the screens on the pool and the deck area soon. I would highly recommend this individual and his company ."

"We had Swash clean our whole house, roof, walls, lanai screen, and patio deck. Price was competitive, cleaning job was top notch, and Swash went above and beyond. Very pleased, will definitely use them again!"

"They were immediately responsive to my request for an estimate. Their price was a fair market value for the work performed. The finished product is high quality workmanship and we are very pleased with the new patio and driveway. They spent considerable time preparing the base for the pavers so we have great confidence that the decks will hold up for years to come. Rafael and his crew were very accommodating to changes during the project. Project scope changes were priced out at the same rate as the original project. Any concerns or questions we had about the installation were addressed immediately and in some instances, we felt Rafael went above and beyond our expectations to address the concern. The only reason for the B rating on Punctuality is that we would have preferred communication updates on days and times that they were going to arrive to work. Otherwise, we consider Perfect Way Pavers an excellent company and highly recommend their service."

"I talked to 3 different roofing companies something always kept from going to contract, that is until i met Andy Ward with Total Home, felt so comfortable with his knowledge and his price !!!! Very easy going and knowledgeable."

"This is a family owned company. The whole process was professionally handled from the initial quotes for the screen replacement and deck repair to the completion of the job. My deck had several long cracks which were filled and a new concrete surface was applied. Next, it was painted and even had contrasting color added to outline the pool. It looks beautiful with no signs of the prior cracks. The crew was on time and very professional. I certainly recommend this company."

"We did a total remodel of an old house; moved walls, new windows, kitchen, bathrooms and a new roof.  Of all the contractors we hired, by far the best experience, from the first sales call to the finish of the job was Solarshield.  The salesman (Scott) came out and did a great job of explaining the differences between his product and the others we were considering. He really knows his stuff and brought samples of the different parts of the structure and helped us to understand why his product was the best for our situation.  We loved the solarshield roof but just could not afford it with all the money we had already spent on the renovation.  Scott worked with us to get the price down to where, even though expensive, the value was just too good to pass up, especially with the initial visit discount he gave us.  They scheduled the work for two weeks out and kept in constant communication about what was happening with permits, delivery of materials, ect.  They started on time and the foreman Ron and his crew were very professional in the way they went about their business.  Every cut, every detail was done with pride and done right.  Our GC who is a friend and also meticulous in his work said he had never seen a roofing crew so conscientious and so thorough.  Everyone we dealt with at Solarshield was terrific.  Our salesperson, Scott, even came back several times during the job to make sure everything was going as planned.  I would highly recommend Solarshield to anyone needing a new roof.  They may be a little more expensive but what you get for it is well worth the money.

"Scott was one of 3 roofers to come and take a look at my roof that was just 4 years old and was leaking. All the estimates were in the same $ range but what set Scott apart from the others was he took pictures of the problems on the roof. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what the damage was and how he was going to fix it. I was hesitant at first because he said he was new to the area, but I’m glad I hired him. Was always on time and a pleasure to deal with. I will be adding a 400 sq ft deck on my house soon and he will be the first and probably only one I call to do the job."
