As a result, the inspector only found minor issues which were easy to correct at no additional cost. John will not nickel and dime you. I requested that molding be added to the underside of the deck, replace a few Hardieplank (siding boards that were not damaged during deck construction), add an extra electrical outlet, and dimmer switch.
