"New concrete and small deck"

"The new deck is fantastic! J Sitko Construction did the job in about 4 days."

"Adam and his crew are a pleasure to work with! I would recommend him to others in an instant. we had a new deck with pergola built, our old deck taken down totally and replaced with a mix of cedar and trex. its beautiful! I was pleased at the clean up , how articulate they are in their work, and totally amazed on how they built the deck, I felt totally comfortable with Adam and his crew at my home as well, in reading all the great reviews, they are truth! I felt the same as others. Adam is up front as well, The price was also very reasonable compared to the other bids we received, we had neighbors and neighbors friends come over to see our deck and they will be giving Belmont Builders a call, for projects they need done. set up an appointment!"

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"I asked DAL to do some repairs on our back deck, but after a conversation, he thought we wouldn't be given a permit and instead suggested that we may need a replacement. I sent Tim some pictures to take a look at our deck, and he gave us some great tips (without charge) on what we could do ourselves to make some quick repairs until we're ready to install a new deck. He was great all around. When we're ready, I look forward to hiring DAL to build our new back deck."

"I hired these deck builders to construct a new deck for my pool, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, they are professional."

"Luis and his crew did a lot of work in power washing and staining my deck and interior touch up painting."

"Stop looking and just hire these people. Power washed and stained my deck. Did a great job . Very detail oriented. Took extra time to scrape and sand in between washing and staining. I will definitely use them again."
