"Franklin and the crew exceeded our expectations! We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail, communication and overall precision. We are thrilled with our new deck. Highly recommended!"

"So, I had hired a contractor that began building the fence but it became obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. It was bad enough that codes had received a complaint and needed the issues resolved within the next 4 days (this was on a Thursday, deadline was the upcoming Tuesday). So, I fired the first contractor and called Quality fence and deck co. Not only did they show up on a Sunday to begin working, they rebuilt the ENTIRE fence in two days and passed codes with flying colors. They were extremely professional and on time, everytime. It was such an easy experience working with them. They will be my go to company if anyone asks or if I need any further work of this sort done."

"He came and estimated the repair. He started on Friday and had it repaired by Saturday afternoon. He demonstrated very professional quality in the repair. He recommended that I waited least a month before i stain and sealed the deck repairs."

"The Reliable team was professional, dependable and affordable. They repaired my chain link fence when others said it would have to be replace. I would highly recommend Reliable."

"Good Day! I requested a deck/patio repair and/or rebuild on or about 9 SEPTEMBER 2026! As we ALL know Angis List/Home Advisor is remarkable in that within 10 minutes (I’m being generous on the timeline) it may have been 5 minutes! Hardy Property Solutions called and from HELLO,.. I KNEW that this project was in good hands! The initial meeting was professional, reasonable and most importantly respectful! John and Pop’s were VERY patient with me throughout the ENTIRE project! Hardy Property Solutions has an IMPRESSIVE work ethic The earlier the team could get started ..the better and despite 100 degrees EACH day, my PATIO is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Hardy Property Solutions lets their OUTSTANDING Craftsmanship do the talking! I really liked their payment process by splitting the project instead of all at once (tear-down and removal, install and stain! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hardy Property Solutions! JOB WELL DONE! *I tried to submit the photos.. the site says my pics were too large!!"

The crew was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire project. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The finished deck exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our outdoor space.
