"the deck build, owner and crew all excellent"

"They did a great job redoing our deck in PVC. They were efficient and concientious with their craftsmanship and pointed out an area of dry rot and fixed that too. They did such an excellent job that we had them replace our roof vents as well. Roberto was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Did a great job building my front porch deck. Very personable and professional."

"Ramiro worked carefully and consistently to clean, sand and stain two distinct decks (cedar and IPE Brazilian hardwood). His power wash and sanding methods were light yet effective--to avoid gouging wood. We told Ramiro that we wanted to modify a "crow's nest" on the cedar deck. This involved cutting down four posts, replacing a rotten post and moving post caps. After staining, both decks tied together beautifully. We strongly recommend Loyalty Renovation for your next deck refinishing project!"

"PEC construction rebuilt our deck with a patio cover and did a fantastic job. Phillip was very easy to coordinate and work with. Pricing was upfront and fair. George did a fantastic job building the deck and patio cover, he had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail."

"I am glad I went with Paul, a very quiet person who undersells his ability. Everything went as planned and we now have a great two level TimberTech Advanced PVC deck! Highly recommend Paul and Sokol Construction. Thanks Paul, for a great deck completed on time."

"Great service and very profesional. Their work is excelent! The level of detail is very high. They did a whole new deck in my backyard and I loved it. The price was really fair vs the level of excellence of the work they did. I am really happy with my new deck. Thanks much! I will definetely hire them again and 100% recommended."

"We had Tony and his crew replace our deteriorating wood railing with a new metal rail. They also replaced and repaired parts of the decking, as needed. The whole proces was completed in less than 4 days, and ours is a large deck. They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, hard-working, efficient, and they completely cleaned up everything they did. They could not have been nicer. We were left with a beautiful rail and a deck that looks virtually new. The price was extremely reasonable. We simply could not have been more pleased."
