Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"The roof looks great. They cleaned up after both days of work. There were still some tiny black bits of the asphalt on the deck and a few nails that I cleaned up after the job was complete. Also I was home during most of the roof removal and saw that they threw down all the bits of the old roof. I saw a piece of metal edging from the top of the roof line on the deck. Later I noticed a scrape on the french door and the frame that didn't come out when rubbed with a magic eraser. So will need to be repainted."
