First day pressure washed the exterior of the house then they taped the window before started painting. I am speeches about their professionalism and how clean they left the house after the job was completed. "We had previously hired someone else who built such a poorly constructed deck that it needed to be taken down completely and rebuilt properly. This was our first time hiring for a project because my husband had always done things himself but is no longer able to since he is disabled. The experience was very bad to say the least. We then got 4 estimates to rebuild the deck properly and chose SD Construction based on the professionalism Sunil showed as he explained what was wrong and how it should be done. In addition he was so genuinely kind and sympathetic about our circumstances, and gave us a very fair price. Sunil and everyone else on his crew were amazing throughout the process. They were friendly and professional and take such pride in their work. They truly want to make every customer as happy as is possible. Our finished deck is so beautiful and well built. "Difficult time for the workers. Weather was the factor. They were building our 14' X 20' above ground pool deck. Alot of rain during the month of July. Several days were a wash out, but they worked hard and got the job done. Deck looks great and we enjoy it every day. I would hire Brian and crew again. Thanks guys."

The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost.
