"Zac did an excellent job pressure washing our pool deck. He was very thorough and the deck looked practically brand new when he was done."

"We had Swash clean our whole house, roof, walls, lanai screen, and patio deck. Price was competitive, cleaning job was top notch, and Swash went above and beyond. Very pleased, will definitely use them again!"

"Very fast response. Had issue with structural damage over the lanai. They came back and corrected it. Damage to the paver driveway. They came back and corrected it. This was before final pavement. After final payment additional issues were discovered. They came back and replaced additional deck plywood and the shingles above. We've had heavy rain since and no issues."

"I was so impressed with the efficient, professional and pleasant manner of this company. It was the best pressure washing job I've ever had. Job included screened pool cage and deck, outside of house, hurricane shutters, 3 car garage driveway and all sidewalks (not just my property sidewalks but the ones on the border of my property, which I'm responsible for keeping clean. I liked that he used a blower first to get rid of the debris and cobwebs. Good price for all that was done."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"They were very patient as we discussed different options for  the decking as well as placement for the fountain.  They have completed many repairs for us over the years and we would highly recommend them.
