"These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. The team, headed by Juan, did an efficient, impressive job getting everything completed faster than I would have imagined (on some very hot days, I might add.) And the whole crew was so good natured & polite. Mark came out to go over the quote before the project started. "Where do we start? I went through about 6-7 appointments / quotes for a couple of months with the major builders in the area. Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else. So when David came by and said only him and his sons would be building the deck--he had my attention. Suffice to say, our high expectations were exceeded. David and his sons took their time, were very detail oriented, always friendly/cordial/respectful. The build is very high quality, and the pictures speak for themselves.
