"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

In my book it is impossible to have excellent when trim painting at 30 feet in the air! They were as good as the team I used 6 years ago when I paid 40% more! "Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. "Work for poison ivy was very punctual, and he met me on the weekend, since that is the only time I'm in the mountains. He was accommodating for my schedule, and the poison ivy was no longer a problem. It was getting on my dogs, and then onto me, so I knew the problem was solved when it stopped getting on me. There was a delay in getting the deck built just because he was backed up with work over the summer, but he told me that right up front. He then contacted me when he had time coming available, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be, and right on budget."

"We had a wonderful experience with Dustin and his crew. They built a 16ft x10ft storage building with a 6ft porch, including a gable roof over the porch and loft. Dustin was very responsive to inquiries, promptly answering questions and helping us to find the right solution as well as a time that worked for our schedule. He and his crew built a very attractive shed in our backyard that not only serves as additional storage but also adds an attractive focal point to our landscape.
