"Cleaned and sanded my 20 year old deck on hands and knees for a satiny smooth finish. They are expensive but the completed product is gorgeous."

"Excellent! Lucas and Tiago are very nice, hardworking, honest men who know their job. They did a great job replacing rotted wood on my deck, and on my garage. Their prices are reasonable and they are on time. Not only would I hire them again, I AM hiring them again for another job I have that needs to be done."

"The father and son crew did an excellent job on my pool deck. The deck is solidly built and very attractive to the eye. Thanks!"

"The Evolution Painting Company was very cooperative about completing the project within the dates we have specified. The work they did was excellent, the workers arrived on time every day and did not leave until the job for the day was done. The job supervisor checked the work at the end of each day and they payed attention to all the detail. They were polite and courteous and very eager to please. We are thrilled with the work that they did with painting our house and staining our decks."

"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."

"Oliver did a great job powerwashing our decks. I would definitely recommend him ."

"Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). I never felt he pressured me to do more work than was needed. Mr. McCann takes great pride in the quality of his work and in treating his customers fairly."

"Had his guys come in and redo steps on deck. Reasonably priced, done in timely manner, very pleased with work and professionalism. Highly recommend"

"RORHI overall did a great job tearing down my old deck and installing a new Trex deck. The guys took two days for the job - efficient and quality work. I can recommend them without exception."

"Royal Construction Services exceeded my expectations in communication, honesty, and fairness. Ariela reached out after my Angi request and immediately stood out—she listened, offered smart ideas to keep my deck within budget, and provided a fully itemized bid with complete transparency. Although my original timeline wasn’t possible, she stayed in constant contact and made sure my project remained a priority. When construction began, Fabio and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, were respectful, and showed exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Fabio corrected anything that didn’t meet his high standards and even helped with a few unrelated repairs. The final deck is beautiful, durable, and exactly what I hoped for. I’m already planning to hire Royal Construction Services again. Highly recommended."
