"Working with Seal A Deck to hang my lights was seamless and my house looks great!"

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"We are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the new deck."

"The Evolution Painting Company was very cooperative about completing the project within the dates we have specified. The work they did was excellent, the workers arrived on time every day and did not leave until the job for the day was done. The job supervisor checked the work at the end of each day and they payed attention to all the detail. They were polite and courteous and very eager to please. We are thrilled with the work that they did with painting our house and staining our decks."

"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."

"Oliver did a great job powerwashing our decks. I would definitely recommend him ."

"Colm showed up when he said he would, on time and ready. He finished the project, deck repair, in a timely manner. The deck looks awesome. He also fixed a couple of drain pipes I had complained about. Colm is a talented, stand up guy!"

"RORHI overall did a great job tearing down my old deck and installing a new Trex deck. The guys took two days for the job - efficient and quality work. I can recommend them without exception."

"Royal Construction Services exceeded my expectations in communication, honesty, and fairness. Ariela reached out after my Angi request and immediately stood out—she listened, offered smart ideas to keep my deck within budget, and provided a fully itemized bid with complete transparency. Although my original timeline wasn’t possible, she stayed in constant contact and made sure my project remained a priority. When construction began, Fabio and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, were respectful, and showed exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Fabio corrected anything that didn’t meet his high standards and even helped with a few unrelated repairs. The final deck is beautiful, durable, and exactly what I hoped for. I’m already planning to hire Royal Construction Services again. Highly recommended."

"They did an outstanding job and we love the new fence - thank you!"
