Pat is great at giving variations on what could be built and gives his honest feedback on what will look good. He did the deck in two days, and he is on time and hard working. If you want to hire a small business owner, that does the work himself with one assistant, Pat is your guy. His price came in half price of the larger companies that have a lot of overhead for sales staff, marketing, websites, and “show rooms”. It was a fantastic experience working with Pat on a dream deck I wanted for years. He designs it, builds it, and is there start to finish. With working full time and having two small children, Pat made this home project stress free. I will enjoy my deck for many years to come with Pat’s craftsmanship. He also loves what he does for a living, and you can see the joy that he feels sharing his passion for decks with people trying to create an outdoor space. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
