I thought they did very well. I talked to other ones that didn?t really know how to handle the problem and one wanted to chisel out the floor. This was the only one that seemed knowledgeable enough to put in a thicker ring. I thought they were very professional, they were in and out, they worked quick. Price was reasonable, it was more than we were planning on spending, but considering the special circumstances, I guess it was mid-range.
