"It went great! They communicated often and very respectfully, followed up when there were rain days and with other information to keep us in the loop. Worked quickly through our deck and it was done in a couple of days (working with rain in the afternoons/weather delays). It would’ve been faster! I noticed they took care and time to make sure they didn’t paint on my siding/flashing that touches/adjacent to the deck. Appreciated that attention to detail! Would hire again."

"VP did exactly what I wanted. (Forgot the gentleman’s name). The pro that came out did a great job!!! Plan on having then out again to do additional to do the whole out side enclosure and to do the roof of the enclosure. great job! Would definitely recommend!!"

"I used TruBuilt for 2 projects now and they are THE deck company! First, the quoting process was so simple. I called and they showed up, promptly. They listened to what I wanted, what my vision was, what my budget was, what my concerns were. Then we scheduled to start the project and it was smooth sailing. The team came out they did the work quickly. Kept me in the loop at all times. And within a couple days the deck was complete and the gutters were replaced! Let the pictures speak for themselves of how big the project was and how it looks. I absolutely love their craftsmanship! Recommend them to everyone!"

"Josh has a great attitude, good sense of humor and is easy to work with. He arrived and looked at my front porch railing that was falling forward and advised of a couple different ways to fix it. I appreciated his bluntness as time is precious. He quoted me a price to temporarily fix the railing and also install a lock to an upstairs room. He was able to temporarily fix it with a future date to permanently fix it because we have to get the materials wood concrete screws to permanently fix it. He was also able to install the lock to the upstairs room. Overall it was a good experience and I have hired him for future projects."

"Midtown Home Improvements replaced my old deck which was wood with a PVC deck put 6 6x6 pillars to hold up my deck and covered all the wood service’s with PVC it looks beautiful!!!!!"
