"Oleg was a very professional and friendly gentleman who did just excellent work on the deck. He and his partners pressure washed, sanded and stained my deck that goes all the way around the house and it looks fantastic. They were just very nice and appreciative."

"David's crew did a complete rebuild of a 26x8 ft deck section that had been added in 2013 and suffered rot from the new pressure treating process, as well as a complete conversion to Composite Decking for our upper decks. The project included 1500 Sq ft of upper deck & porch surface in new Trex decking and replacement of all the pickets and posts (including the lower deck) with new PT lumber rails and hogwire instead of the old pickets. Drew, Tyler & Hunter worked seamlessly together, taking time to accomplish every aspect of the project right the first time while getting an impressive amount done each day. The railing system and decking were all done precisely with great workmanship and attention to detail. The guys were also great to work with, friendly and asking all the right questions. The whole project turned out great!"

"Magnolia was straight with me about the need to completely replace the entire deck and to current building codes and fully permitted, while competitors offered partial solutions while.avoiding permits for no significant reduction in price. The deck is beautiful, sturdyl and safe."

"Jesse and his crew did an outstanding job on our deck demo and rebuild. Major improvement from our old deck. Jesse was great to work with, very responsive and made sure we were happy with everything. Quality of work was great 10/10 would recommend!"

"This man is terrific, He does excellent work at a more than fair price. He understands what is needed, makes good suggestions when needed and does what he says he will do. He stays in communication with you, so you know what to expect. He tore out an old deck and built an entirely new one. He cleans up completely. We have special needs and he understood them and really made something for us that makes our lives safer and easier. He is a kind man. I can not recommend highly enough."

"Having Paint Asheville Paint my old kitchen cabinets was an all around positive experience. They showed up when they said they would. Chris came out and went over everything they would do and what we could expect when before he gave us the estimate. Crystal their Color Consultant came out and helped me chose the perfect color to go with the room. The paint crew arrived promptly everyday. The were very respectful of our home and such hard workers. The job was completed on time and they made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company."

"Lingle Construction reconstructed our deck and front porch floor. They were efficient, on time, and all work on site! We are extremely pleased the outcome. Colton is committed to quality work and very accurate in building material needs and amounts. We couldnâ t be happier with our remodeled deck and front porch floor!"

"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. They also uncovered a few minor construction issues which they repaired. Josh is top of my call list!"

"Let me start with: HIRE PAPERTOWN. You will be grateful you did so. I can not say enough about Marcus and his incredible work ethic, a rarity these days. I had a different pressurewash group cancel a few minutes before their appointment time. I went back on Angi’s and found Papertown Powerwash. I explained I was having an operation in an hour and wouldn’t be able to walk him through my needs, but texted him a list. He came out and quietly walked my property, then called me later in the day with a quote- the quote is exactly what I’ve paid in the past so that felt reassuring. I called him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon had my home squeaky clean. He took extra care working on my old house in the woods, making sure it looked it’s best. One of my best friends was here helping me. He has been in construction over 50 years. He was doing a few things on my house too and noted how kind Marcus is, offering to help if he needed his ladder moved and other things. My friend came in and said, “You know, it’s not often people go out of their way to help people. I really liked how Marcus spoke to me, how kind he was.” I’m still recovering from surgery, but went out and spoke to Marcus myself. I completely agree with his assessment. Marcus is forthright, kind, helpful and wow- my home, fence, and decks have never looked better. I told Marcus to please come back in the spring for touch up and again next fall after the leaves drop. I’m so glad that other contractor canceled. Lol. I’m a client for life."

"We've used K&B several times over the years, and we're so grateful to have found contractors we trust. These guys are honest, communicative, show up when they say they will, and thoughtful. They not only do amazing work, they're just good people. Most recently, they did major repairs on our home after damage from Hurricane Helene. One deck was completely destroyed, the other had extensive damage, the roof needed repairs, and our fence. It was a lot of work. I'll never forget their care and concern, and their meticulous work on our home. We knew we were in good hands during one of the most stressful times of our lives. Thank you, K&B!!"
