Since he has experience in the commercial space, none of the material was that home Depot garbage that delaminates in a year or two. Everything was commercial grade and has a great warranty. "Allwyn was super responsive and collaborative. He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent. I look forward to working with Allwyn again."

"It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."

"I spoke with Itay on a Friday. He was very friendly and was able to give me a rough quote on the phone based on the specs I had given him to make sure we were starting out on the same page. He came to the house and confirmed the estimate. His price was close to the other quotes I had been given but he seemed to use better materials and he was able to start on the following Tuesday.
The team had to build on a very steep hill that is completely bedrock. This was no easy job and they totally came through for us. The deck is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for.
The only thing I would say that was a little bit of a concern was they were always on time, and they didn't always tell us when (or if) they'd be coming the next day. This made it difficult for us to know how to schedule our days, and we weren't certain when the job would ultimately be finished. More open communication would have made this a straight A review. This is, of course, not a huge deal. It's just something you may want to be more assertive with than I was if you hire them. We would still use them again and we're hugely satisfied with the work they did. Very solid company.
