"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"James has an amazing team of skilled professionals who worked around inclement winter weather to remove a door and window and seamlessly patch the inside and outside walls of my house. They did a great job moving a window with it's security gate and worked courteously with plumbers who were working on a project in the same space. Kerry was very helpful with our color selection and by the time she arrived back with the paint color we selected, Kevin had the furniture moved, tarped off and the room taped out. "The cleaning process used a combination of detergents and enclosed hot water jets which effectively cleaned the surface and some depth within the porous tile with no mess. In addition, the process simultaneously vacuumed the dirty water with a powerful vacuum, so that a minimum of dirt and moisture was retained in the tile. Areas of water damage were first coated with an emulsion, which did not soak in, but which effectively removed white calcium deposits on the surface. A minimum of 4 coats of water-based sealer was applied to protect in future without harmful solvents. I never thought our tile could ever look this nice again! This is a family business, and it was a real pleasure to be served by the father and his two sons. The boys were very strong and seemed to make light work of the refrigerator, washer, and even my grand piano. I enjoyed talking with them as they worked. The job was performed to the agreed upon schedule and amount with no surprises. They have my highest recommendation."
