"We engaged South Eastern Carpentry for a new deck rebuild and couldn't be happier! The entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Steve’s standards for himself are the highest we have ever observed in a contractor. Even the tiniest imperfections really bothered him even though they were barely noticeable to us. When this project started, we envisioned a basic deck but Steve worked with us to explore more visually appealing options and we ultimately empowered him to put his own creative flourishes on the project. The finished deck has wildly exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. We feel so lucky to have found a contractor that is so transparent, honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. We highly recommend South Eastern Carpentry to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built deck (or other renovation project)! You will be incredibly glad that you have chosen a professional with such integrity, creativity, and skill - we certainly are."

"Working with Seal A Deck to hang my lights was seamless and my house looks great!"

"We are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the new deck."

"5/5 Stars – Outstanding work, reasonable pricing, and incredible customer service! I am absolutely thrilled with the deck staining job done by Evolution Painting Company. A huge thanks to Evelyn, the office manager, who made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She was fantastic with communication, organized the scheduling perfectly, and provided a very reasonable price for such high-quality work. The crew's professionalism went above and beyond. Before starting, they carefully moved all of my heavy deck furniture out of the way, and once the stain was perfectly dry, they returned to put every single piece exactly back where it belonged. The deck looks brand new with a beautiful, flawless finish. It is rare to find a company that is this efficient, respectful of your property, and skilled at their craft. I highly recommend Evolution Painting Company!"

"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."

"Colm showed up when he said he would, on time and ready. He finished the project, deck repair, in a timely manner. The deck looks awesome. He also fixed a couple of drain pipes I had complained about. Colm is a talented, stand up guy!"

"Had his guys come in and redo steps on deck. Reasonably priced, done in timely manner, very pleased with work and professionalism. Highly recommend"

"It was a small deck to the back door rotted out and needed to be replaced. I kept a good eye on them and complained a lot. It was April fools day. when I paid for the new deck, I said April fools. They did a great job for the money . It came out great and i am very happy with a solid safe back deck. It was raining when they started and cold but it was finished very fast. The rain stopped mid morning and in just a few hours I had a new deck."

"Cleber and his crew did a great job removing and replacing the old deck surface. Done with the carpentry in one day, cleaned up very well (my father taught me that you can tell the quality of the work by how clean they leave the job site) and honored his original estimate. I would recommend Handyman Mason."

"Royal Construction Services exceeded my expectations in communication, honesty, and fairness. Ariela reached out after my Angi request and immediately stood out—she listened, offered smart ideas to keep my deck within budget, and provided a fully itemized bid with complete transparency. Although my original timeline wasn’t possible, she stayed in constant contact and made sure my project remained a priority. When construction began, Fabio and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, were respectful, and showed exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Fabio corrected anything that didn’t meet his high standards and even helped with a few unrelated repairs. The final deck is beautiful, durable, and exactly what I hoped for. I’m already planning to hire Royal Construction Services again. Highly recommended."
