"Replaced rotted boards, primed and painted deck."

"Worked with David Kam and his crew on a deck restoration project and they were outstanding. David is a super nice guy and a pleasure to work with! This project was basically a restoration of a split level deck and I am so pleased with the result! Handled the tear out, hauled off all of the scrap, and the restoration and painting. From start to finish and the deck looks better than ever."

"They were very professional. They replaced a lot of bad siding and painted the part of the house above the carport. They were very neat. I may get them to paint the whole house in the spring . Their price was very reasonable.. they finished the work in one day. They came back to let me inspect the work in good light before they would let me pay them. I have never had that happen before."

"I must say…from start to finish I was thoroughly pleased with how the job turned out. Marqueda Carpentry arrived before time to start. They tore down the old stairs to my deck and went to work on the new deck stairs. I love the finished product and will be hiring them to replace the old staining on my deck. They are punctual, takes pride in their work and they are reasonably priced. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed."
