I thought our fireplace problem would be something complex and although they certainly needed the skill to do it they did a great job. The price was very good. I was expecting a lot more but it was only $120. They know their stuff. They had a two man crew that was here two hours. It looks wonderful. "Sitko provided the best price for removal and replacement of our wood deck with composite deck boards. Once drawings were prepared (separate service) and village permits were cleared, the work was scheduled and completed in just over one week. The concrete footings were well made and clean. The rail cap was shaped and cut to be functional and provide a good appearance. Composite facia boards were used to present a neat and clean overall installation. Jack and his team are great deck builders and I would recommend their work to all. The deck is approximately 18'x13'."

"DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"
