After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "Overall we are very satisfied with the build - the deck frame looks strong enough to park cars on it, well planned and engineered, and fully fills the space while hiding an inch spacing around the perimeter beneath the surface decking so that leaves and water don't collect against the house at with the original deck. The one issue I've noticed with the deck is that the screws for the surface decking boards are driven below the surface of the boards; the expansion/contraction of the wood due to warm and cold spells over the past months has left some of the decking boards uneven as the screw heads work deeper into the boards. I may need to replace the 9x3's with 10x's and run the screws just flush with the surface to ameliorate that."
