Anas was present throughout the entire build. His communication was stellar, they worked incredibly hard and the deck they built is exactly what we hoped for. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."
