We had another bid done before we called Ryan. R & J Builders Inc bid was by far the best. Other home owners in our neighborhood have replaced their fence at a much higher price in the last few years as our fences are 22 yrs old, and having problemâ s because of aging. One side of our fence had partially fallen down and Ryan was able to schedule replacement quickly and and had it finished in record time with high quality materials and and he did an excellent job. "I enthusiastically recommend Summit Painting LLC (Stuart Riensche, owner) for house and deck painting. They painted the exterior of our house and our deck at the end of May and did an excellent job. The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). They also removed, replaced and painted a deteriorating deck banister. The price was very close to the estimate and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed."
