"We were looking to replace the decking on our 8-year-old second-floor deck. After reaching out to several contractors, we chose Blue Crab Home Solutions based on their assessment of the project and their pricing. I was scheduled within a month. Alex and the team were great. They removed the old decking and steps in one day, then replaced the decking, stair stringers, and step decking over the next two days. The vinyl handrails were left intact because they were still in good condition. While replacing them would have been easier, working around the existing handrails required additional customization and skill, which Blue Crab handled without any issues. Once the job was completed, Blue Crab provided a week for us to review the work and returned to address a few minor items. We are very happy with the finished project and highly recommend Blue Crab Home Solutions."

"The crew was very expedite they discovered the wood was rotten all along the roof edge, had to replace 15 sheets of plywood and still completed the project in 1 day"

"We had LP Homes replace our old deck with a screened in porch. The dealing and job were first rate. We were given a fair price and the work went just as planned. And the screened in deck looks fabulous. LP homes is a class act, easy to work with, and very skilled. We could not be happier with our new screened in deck. They will be my first call on my next project."

"JZ Construction was a great company to have complete our deck repair/repaint project. James did work on our double back deck, which consisted of upper deck top banister replacement, floor board & partial banister replacement on lower deck, and power washing & repainting of both decks. His attention to detail and work ethic were complimented by his positive attitude. He kept us informed on progress of each step done and answered any questions we had. All went very well and we are very happy with the results! We would hire JZ Construction again for future projects!"
