"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."

Comes across as someone who enjoys his work and wants to give his best. I hired tom to re-do my deck railings but soon the project expanded due to rotten stairs under the deck and other ideas I had. He was accommodating. Did a great job. Since he is a one-man army, he will take his time and that worked fine with me as I was in no rush. So he may not be suitable for someone who wants everything done ASAP. Will be rehiring him for additional projects."
