"Hard-working, good service, good communication, very efficient and helpful."

"Had a leak behind my shower and the Prime Restoration team took care of it start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, found the source quickly, and explained what was going on without any upsell. The repair was clean and they left the bathroom in better shape than they found it. No more leak and no water damage creeping into the wall. Communication was easy the whole way through. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water issues."

"They showed up on time, did the work efficiently, cleaned up and left."

"Extremely happy I chose On Point to do my repair work after the hurricane. They took the adjusters report and accomplished all that they require and more. They were professional, personable and reliable. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would like to thank Tim for being so kind because when a disaster happens you are stressed and he was kind and understanding. They do good work!"

"These guys are prompt, thorough, and very good people to work with. Refreshing to deal with a company like this especially during a crappy time."

"They created a peace mind for me in a crisis situation."

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."
