We re very happy with the service, speed of the install, and professionalism the guys showed. Donny came to my home Friday afternoon and looked at the basement to determine what was needed.  He told me he could have a team at my home to do the clean up the very next morning.  The three person team came over Saturday morning as planned and went to work.One member of the team worked with me to save as much of our belongings as possible, while the others worked on decontaminating the basement.  They were very helpful, patient and professional.  They worked diligently all day.  They came back on Monday morning to remove the damaged drywall and set up the huge dehumidifier and fan the fully dry the basement.  They came back this morning to check that everything was fully dry and take back their equipment.

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing.
