"Iâ ve worked with Watermark twice and have been 100% satisfied both times. The crews have been outstanding to work with and left the work areas very clean. The project leader was easy to reach. All questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction."

"I had mold in my basement that was visible from a bathroom leak. I was worried about the health of my family as we have a 10 month old. I actually went through home advisor and Mr mold called me to address the issue. they sent a tech out a few hours later. I was going to have an air test done, the tech advised that since I had dried the area out to save the money on the air test and go for remediation. The tech Johnny gave me what I felt was a good price on the job and said he could be back in a few hours to do it. He arrived earlier than expected and educated me on the work he was going to do. I don't do reviews too often but when you receive exceptional customer service you have to say something. Johnny was truly a pleasure to work with and made me feel at ease and safe in my own home. They helped me in a pinch and didn't break the bank. They deserve double the max rating were able to give. Thank you Mr. Mold for your help and exceptional customer service!"

They showed up when they said they would, found the source quickly, and explained what was going on without any upsell. The repair was clean and they left the bathroom in better shape than they found it. No more leak and no water damage creeping into the wall. Communication was easy the whole way through. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water issues."
