"I had a long term leak that caused a substantial mold issue. Flood Tech 3 came out, and even were willing to work close to the Christmas Holiday.  They did what they needed to do to get at the Mold, but they did as little damage as possible and really kept the place clean. They cleaned the mold out and took care of it so easily that my insurance investigator said immediately that while they would wait for the test results, it was obvious that everything was good to go for the repairs now. Additionally, I had to be out of town for a few days, and they had the key, were in a house full of personal belongings, etc... and there were no issues, everything was treated with care and was there when I got back. Ahmed kept me completely informed, while I was out of town, and again, with Mold there is always a problem, or difficulty, and yet the investigator came out, took a look, said everything was excellent, and this was backed up a few days later when the test results came back with zero mold in the house. Lastly, they were so careful about minimizing damage that my contractors doing the repair had a much easier time starting their portion of the work. I had a great experience and have recommended them to my insurance company for this type of work in the future.
