After 7 1/2 months of not only supporting my efforts, but intervening directly on my behalf, Mike Smith did what Air Cleaning Equipment, Inc. would not do - he stood behind his work and the equipment he installed, and replaced the unit with a product from another manufacturer. Mike Smith is a business owner and individual of exceptional character. I highly recommend his company, The Mold Hunter, Inc. to anyone needing water restoration or mold remediation."

"We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."

"Since our last cleaning seven years ago , we had done some remodeling including replacing flooring. The COIT crew arrived on time. They were the most courteous and knowledgable service personnel we have had in years. Did a complete job and showed us the before and after pictures. Beyond debris and dust they found parts of a small styrofoam child's airplane. Since there have not been children in the house for 20+ years, the parts had been there along time. Pleased with the work and will use again."

"Overall, I was very happy with the service.  However, they showed up 3 hours late and needed to come back the next day to finish the job.  The techs were professional and thorough in their work.  Also, they made sure all of the old materials and any sign of their work was removed and put back in place.  I would recommend and remember to mention you are a angies list member for a discount.

"The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."

"Went very well. Tim and his employees worked very hard and did excellent work. We talked to 3 different companies about our moisture and mold problem in our crawl space and Accu Dry was the only one that wanted to stop the water from getting under the house rather than dealing with it once it got under there. When it rains now, it is dry around our foundation and the crawl space is dry.
