The service call quote was $179, the French drain installation quote was $3895, and the company estimated 6 weeks to perform work at the 8/29 visit. The company called 11/10/08 to see if the service work could be performed that day. No one could be here that day, so we had to decline it. There has been no further contact from the company. 10/30/08 the French drain was installed by another contractor for < 1/3 the Americrawl estimate. When we used Americrawl before, we reported to them, after the work was completed, that their workers had forgotten to return an extension cord they'd borrowed. We got no response."
