Ben at Advanced Recovery sent out their technician Andy and he handled it right there onsite, and it cost us $500 less than our cheapest estimate. "Wow. I can't say enough nice things about Advanced Recovery. I had noticed some mold in my basement bathroom and utility room. I had a couple of companies come for an inspection and quote. The quotes were almost identical, I went with Advanced Recovery because Andy identified a couple of places the other company had missed. He did a fantastic job! He called to let me know when he would arrive and went right to work. He had to cut out drywall and remove carpet and hauled it all away. He even repaired the handle on my storm door!"

"This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again."
