"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! The most important qualities I seek in anyone that does work on my house, especially those that do work inside my house, are honesty, dependability, and quality of work. David embodies these to a 'T'. I have had some experiences in the past that have led me to value trustworthiness above all else. When you let someone into your home, you had better hope they can be trusted. David is absolutely one of these people you can trust. About the project: I thought I would be spending my day doing some tile work, removing tiles, regrouting them, etc. I went to Home Depot to get some advice and pick out tiles. One piece of advice I got was to look under the house to make sure the shower wasn't leaking through to the floor. I went home, checked underneath our pier and beam house, and saw the entire subfloor under the shower was soaked. I realized this was not something I could do. I got on HomeAdvisor to look for some help. David called me that Sunday night, while the Saints were playing, and within minutes of me submitting my HomeAdvisor request. He asked me about whether or not I filed a homeowner's claim, suggesting that I should consider my deductible and the amount of damage. I am so glad he did that because it hadn't occurred to me to do that. I filed a claim before David arrived later that evening. David quickly assessed the damage and installed equipment to start drying out this part of the house. He worked with us to help as much as he could, going well above and beyond what I would expect him to do. I had to be out of town when the adjuster showed up, and David even showed up at our house to talk to the adjuster and make sure that went as smoothly as possible. David was impeccably reliable, dependable, and honest. Not only did David help fix the immediate problem, but he also guided me along, giving me valuable advice that was always in my best interest. I would wholeheartedly trust him to do work for me again."
