So, I decided to hire a Builder to represent us and deal with the insurance company. When I met Mike Griffin, I knew he was the right man for the job. He radiated with knowledge and expertise. When all was said and done, Mike got us over $32,000. This was over $30,000 more than the insurance adjuster's original estimate!!!! He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and we also got a brand new beautiful deck!!! We couldn't be any happier!!!"

They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly. "Tom and his crew were able to come out within the week to clean up our mess. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. While they were working, they noticed a smell coming from our basement drain, and gave me suggestions on how to get keep that area clean. They also found an additional area with a little bit of mold, and cleaned that up for us at no additional charge. In addition, he is certified and offers a warranty with their services. Hopefully I don't need anything done like this again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to give this guy a call."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They were at my home quickly. The owner Paul was very honest. He came and assessed my water damage. He took readings to see how bad the damage was behind my walls. He could have sold me on anything, but he was so honest he told me to get some air flowing that would take care of the minor problem. There was no need for insurance work. He even recommended a carpet cleaning service if I felt the need to have it cleaned. He had all of his equipment and help ready to take care of my problem. The service call was very reasonable. I truly appreciated this company and have recommended them to several people. Thank you for saving me so much money."
