"On time. Very professional. Great workmanship. Excellent customer service."

"After further review of my problem, I did not need to hire Homestar at this time. However, I received some of the BEST customer service anywhere. They gave me their time and professional advice in helping to identify what was needed to solve my problem. Both Jeremy York, Pres. and Bryan King, VP were extremely helpful in my time of need. I highly recommend Homestar for any of your restoration or new construction needs. I'm sure I'll be calling them again in the near future! John Bond - Sugar Creek Landing"

"The service was absolutely outstanding! Personable customer service with consideration of my needs and beyond. I was very happy they came out the same day of giving me a quote, and on a Sunday afternoon! I will recommend this company to family and friends as well as continue to be a customer. Thanks again!"

"It went good. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They did a wonderful job. I was impressed with the service."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
