"I'm never been one to leave reviews; neither good or bad. However, the service I was granted from First Response Restoration was quite remarkable to say the least. The team at First Response Restoration really got me out of a uncomfortable pickle and served it to me as chewable as possible. I was out of town with my family for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and at this time my aging copper pipes decided to have a bladder deficiency and proceeded to push off the ever slightest tinkle of a stream. Needless to say I came back to an unexpected swimming pool so deep one might assume to get his diver's license, as this may be fitting with the abundance of water over staying its welcome. The ever so "helpful and utilitarian" insurance vultures that I've employed for many years, without the slightest need of their toils, decided that after two weeks of continued water damage due to the lack of acknowledgement on the part of the unbeknownst homeowner, us, was not going to be covered.
