"Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly. I picked Michigan Fire Restoration over the company that my insurance company recommended and am so happy that I did."

"Fantastic company with a highly professional and responsive team. They made the restoration process stress-free and handled everything from start to finish with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any disaster repair needs."

"My husky broke a basement window and I was in a pinch, cold air pouring in basement and no time to fix it, they came out same day, on late Friday afternoon and got me sealed up before 6 pm, fast professional service and they actually care about people's needs."

"Ray is very knowledgeable about home improvement/ disaster repair. From A to Z there is nothing he and his crew canâ t do. Iâ m a first time home owner so I didnâ t really know what to do but Ray did. He took care of communication with the insurance company and made sure that everything that could be covered was covered. The crews are extremely polite and professional. Nobody wants to go through the nightmares of home restoration or home improvements but with Ray and the crew of Onpoint Restoration itâ s more like a dream come true."

"Ryan quickly responded, was able to stop by today and start with the clean-up and quote, the pricing was fair and reasonable. They did quality work, very professional. I hopefully won’t need this type of service again but if I do, they will be my first call. Highly recommend!"

"Yall was so professional! I love your efforts and customer service"

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"Would highly recommend! We were under a time crunch due to an impending inspection and they came out on the weekend, did a thorough inspection, and then went above and beyond to remediate everything at a reasonable price. There aren't many companies anymore that care that much about their work and customer service. 5+ stars!!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"Excellent company!!! They did exactly what they said they would do. They kept us updated the entire way. Customer service was amazing!!!!! Would highly recommend"
