"Overall, the team did a good job addressing our initial issue, but there were several details I was unhappy with. We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. Once they arrived, they were very clear about the process and even helped us file the insurance claim. Their follow-up for drying and cleaning the area was excellent. However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. The owner explicitly told me he would cover that cost, but I later received an unexpected $3,000 bill that insurance refused to cover. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. I waited three weeks for a repair that ended up being poor quality."

"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Emergency Service Restoration is Top Flight. Jeff and his team did a great job very quickly. They are 100% dependable and we on the job fast and on time thought out the project. They take care of walking you thru the process with all the adjusters and insurance companies. The customer service is outstanding. We had a pipe leak into multiple rooms starting in the Kitchen. The guys knocked this job out very quickly and allowed us to maintain our daily schedules. I give them my highest recommendation."

"Absolute fantastic! Jack is a guy who knows his stuff. We had an upper deck and a lower deck (the lower deck had trex decking, which he cleaned as well), plus some nooks and crannies that were hard to get to. He handled it all. Cleaned the deck, sanded everything down, and restained it all. Not just with a sprayer mind you, but also with a brush to get into all the little hard to get to spots. Will talk you through all that he will do, why he does it, and what it will do. Fair pricing, awesome service. We will be using him again when another project comes up."
