"This was a very complicated issue and A & D arrived within hours of the reported problem to begin the clean-up of water in the basement. They tried to salvage as much as they could but once it was revealed that is was "black" water they went into full restoration mode. Once the project was completed (except for replacing the carpet). We had another water issue--they immediately came back and took care of the minimal damage from the 2nd incident. A & D were very professional, great with communication & dealing with the insurance company. Hopefully, I won't need their services in the future but if I do A & D will be the first call."

"Great customer service, workmanship and effcient1"

"Tiffany was the singularly most responsive person I've worked with when getting a service like this. They returned calls promptly, did exactly what they said they would do, exceeded our expectations and charged the price that was quoted. The van was spotless - it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor."

"Really impressive technology used and helped us to address issues."

"R &R Complete Restoration did an outstanding job and for a very fair price.  Their workers were professional, clean, prompt and concise. They handled some very tricky situations with a positive "can do" attitude and got the job done on time and in quote.  I have since recommended this company to several clients and friends. All of them have relayed back to me their complete satisfaction.

"Rick was very professional.  He was punctual and kept in contact with me.  He explained step by step what he was going to do and answered all of my questions.  He was very accommodating when it came to my animals.  When he was done, he cleaned up the basement and gave me the final instructions.  The basement looks great.  All the mold is gone and I am very happy that I chose 911 Restoration to do the work for me.
