"Friendly Efficient Detail Oriented Organized Knowledgeable Cleaned up after themselves Respected us and our property"

"Good rate of about $45/ hr, but she estimated it would take 10 hrs. I think they just do a more thorough cleaning then i was looking for since they specialize in disaster clean up."

"Remodel was completed in the time frame promised and came in under budget. TJ, the owner, is honest and very detail-oriented... both characteristics that I expected. I will definitely use Vargo Property Solutions when I remodel my kitchen. Although I have not used their cleaning services, I know home owners who have, and they have had nothing but positive feedback about Jamie."

"I was completely satisfied with what they did and happy with their service! They have their own equipment, they are polite and everything is good!"

"Had to have my home checked for mold and reached out this company. They were super professional, clean and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing this service."

"Great customer service, workmanship and effcient1"

"On time and service performed as expected"

"It went incredibly well. The Restoration 1 team showed up as promised and set there equipment up promptly. They prepared the area for their work without impacting much else. They were respectful and courteous and truly tried to make the process as painless as possible. When they were done, they quickly removed their machines. The previously soaked wood was bone dry. It was amazing. The carpenter who came in to finish the drywall work was amazed at how dry the wood was. He said it's usually still a little damp after other companies have done the same work. These guys are the best in the industry!!"

"Their customer service is top notch..... courteous, friendly, knowledgable with prompt, efficient service. I had an attic mold issue (due to poor ventilation) and they were awesome in their assessment of why, what and how in going forward prior to "cleaning/removing." I would highly recommend them."
