They did a comprehensive assessment of my Home, and while the job became much larger than cosmetic fixes, I feel secure now that my house is in much better shape. The team worked fast and identified the source in my attic from nearly fully busted Air ducts, so replacing that, removing molded Insulation, and replacing all our insulation. They also removed spray foam holding moisture under my pier & beam house and replaced with Foam Boards and Crawl Space plastic to prevent rot from the bottom up . The professionalism, courtesy, and communication were top notch. And lastly everything looks amazing afterward. I'm glad I had service that wasnt just surface level and made sure we don't have bigger problems down the line. 100% would recommend"

"TLDR: If you're looking for someone to come in for a home-related disaster, stop reading and call David. You won't regret it. The most important qualities I seek in anyone that does work on my house, especially those that do work inside my house, are honesty, dependability, and quality of work. David embodies these to a 'T'. I have had some experiences in the past that have led me to value trustworthiness above all else. When you let someone into your home, you had better hope they can be trusted. David is absolutely one of these people you can trust. About the project: I thought I would be spending my day doing some tile work, removing tiles, regrouting them, etc. I went to Home Depot to get some advice and pick out tiles. One piece of advice I got was to look under the house to make sure the shower wasn't leaking through to the floor. I went home, checked underneath our pier and beam house, and saw the entire subfloor under the shower was soaked. I realized this was not something I could do. I got on HomeAdvisor to look for some help. David called me that Sunday night, while the Saints were playing, and within minutes of me submitting my HomeAdvisor request. He asked me about whether or not I filed a homeowner's claim, suggesting that I should consider my deductible and the amount of damage. I am so glad he did that because it hadn't occurred to me to do that. I filed a claim before David arrived later that evening. David quickly assessed the damage and installed equipment to start drying out this part of the house. He worked with us to help as much as he could, going well above and beyond what I would expect him to do. I had to be out of town when the adjuster showed up, and David even showed up at our house to talk to the adjuster and make sure that went as smoothly as possible. David was impeccably reliable, dependable, and honest. Not only did David help fix the immediate problem, but he also guided me along, giving me valuable advice that was always in my best interest. I would wholeheartedly trust him to do work for me again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
