"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"My home suffered significant roof damage from Hurricane Irene in August 2011. Atlantic Coastal Enterprises (ACE) completed the installation of a new roof on my home. After attempting to contact many different contractors in my area I had received only two return phone calls and estimates. The difference between ACE and these other two business was that Brian actually came to my house to give me an in person estimate. The other two businesses just gave me their prices over the phone and never met with me in person. Brian was able to give a very competitive price and the explanation of his work and operating procedures was top notch.

The work was scheduled to begin two weeks after the date of the estimate. They actually started the job 4 days early and were done before the original start date arrived. The workers were courteous and respectful of my property and worked hard throughout both days. I appreciate this very much because they came a long way to do this job. Their professional manner, hard work ethic, and thorough clean up made it a pleasure to do business with them. In addition to removing my old roof and installing a new one (the color is outstanding), Brian also offered to replace two fence posts of mine that were blown down by Hurricane Irene. The labor charge was fair and the work was better than most fencing companies.

We had spent two months trying to recover and rebuild our lives and home after the hurricane and we were not getting any help from any of the local contractors (I'm sure they were very busy but they should at least return a phone call). As busy as Brian and his workers were, they still managed to return my request for an estimate and get the job done in a timely manner. My wife and I sincerely appreciate their help in getting our lives back to normal.
